The Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and takes pride in doing things right. This is a hands-on, full-time position at our Littleton, CO headquarters where you'll be the frontline of the FLAME customer experience — from the moment an order comes in to the moment it lands at our customers door. You'll also help keep our operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
Customer Service
Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and messages — fast and with heart
Resolve order issues, returns, and questions with genuine care (no corporate scripts here)
Support fire departments and bulk buyers with product information, quotes and order coordination
Keep customers informed and leave every interaction feeling taken care of
Shipping & Receiving
Pick, pack, and ship daily orders accurately and on time
Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickup and troubleshoot any delivery issues
Inventory & Ordering
Track inventory levels for raw ingredients, packaging, and supplies
Place orders with suppliers to keep production and fulfillment running without interruptions
Receive and organize incoming inventory and supplies
Maintain organized records of orders and stock on hand
Facilities
Keep the lab and office clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
Maintain our clean, organized fulfillment and storage areas
Help uphold the high standards that go into everything we make
What We're Looking For
Warm, clear communicator — you treat every customer like they matter (because they do)
Detail-oriented and dependable — you catch mistakes before they ship and keep stock from running out
Comfortable on your feet — this role involves physical work daily
Proactive — you notice what needs to get done and just do it
Positive attitude and team-player energy
Previous customer service, warehouse, or inventory/ordering experience preferred
