The Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about our mission and takes pride in doing things right. This is a hands-on position at our Littleton, CO headquarters where you'll be the making FLAME products — from mixing to bottling, you’ll keep our manufacturing running.

What You'll Do
Manufacturing
Manufacture personal care products according to established formulations and quality standards
Operate bottling equipment and fill containers with finished products
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and quality control of all manufactured items
Enter new inventory into systems
Facilities
Maintain, clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
Daily and weekly cleaning routines of manufacturing and raw ingredient spaces
Regularly deep clean equipment used for manufacturing and bottling
General Support
Assist with other tasks as business needs arise
Support quality assurance processes and documentation
Help maintain equipment and facility cleanliness
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Detail-oriented and dependable — you catch mistakes before they go into our products and keep raw ingredient stock and packaging from running out of stock
Comfortable on your feet — this role involves physical work daily
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong math skills for measuring and inventory calculations
Proactive — you notice what needs to get done and just do it
Positive attitude and team-player energy

The Details
24 Hours Per Week with the potential for overtime during busy seasons
Monday - Thursday / 6 Hours Per Day / Morning or Afternoon Shift
Hourly — $25/hr
Based at our Littleton, CO headquarters
