Merry Christmasđâ¤ď¸! I shared with those of you who get my emails this morning that Life Is A Highway is a Christmas song!

Hereâs the story of why Life Is A Highway is a Christmas song in the Cornett houseâ¤ď¸:
As kids, we grew up camping in the deserts of California and the sandy beaches of Mexico - those weekends were filled with family, friends, ATVs, campfires, fireworks, and lots of fun. Then, after a week or long weekend of camping, on the way home we'd roll down the windows, turn the radio up, and sing along to the original Life Is A Highway (played from a cassette tape - haha). It became our family feel good song!
Then one Christmas my mom decided to wake us up super early Christmas morning by playing Life Is A Highway SO loud through our house - and it became a tradition. Mom did that every year through the rest of our childhood. And now, when we're all together, one of us will do it and it's still so fun! It catches any newcomers off guard, but it's awesome!Â
You will never convince me that Life Is A Highway isn't a Christmas song!!! đ
