Bulletproof Spirit offers field-tested expertise designed to be used by all first responders — and their families — to enhance wellness, and help them heal themselves and continue serving with compassion and strength.
As we know, mental health is a hot topic in the first responder community. Hundreds of thousands of firefighters, EMTs, police officers, emergency room personnel and service members are affected by what they experience in their jobs everyday. However, the suffering that results from a professional life of sacrifice and service can be prevented and mitigated.
As a thirty-year law-enforcement veteran, retired police captain, and police academy instructor, author Dan Willis has made it his personal mission to safeguard and enhance the wellness and wholeness of police officers, firefighters, EMTs, emergency-room personnel, and soldiers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I am a Firefighter/Paramedic who teaches on Firefighter Behavioral Health and Suicide Awareness. I also deal with many tragedies of my own through work and just day to day life. This book is an amazing book teaching on ways to help yourself so you can continue to help others. It also gives many amazing testimonials that touch deeply to the soul. This book is great for Police, Fire, EMS, and I would think Doctors and Nurses as well. I bought this book used and it came in great condition. One last thing, remember that you are STRONGEST when you can recognize the need for help!
